Service Description
Get fitted with the right contact lenses by our licensed optometrist. This 30-minute session includes evaluation, fitting, and personalized recommendations to ensure the best comfort and vision correction.
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your booking is accepted. 2. Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $20 fee. 3. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please contact us if you need assistance. 4. No-show Policy: Missing an appointment without notice may result in a $10 no-show fee and limit your ability to book future appointments. 5. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation. 6. Payment Policy: A card on file is required for booking. A $20 fee applies to late cancellations and no-shows. Service payment will be collected in person unless otherwise noted.
